The vineyard area is 40 hectares (as of 2016), of which 90 percent are planted with red grape varieties , mainly Blaufränkisch and Cabernet Sauvignon, but also St. Laurent , Pinot Noir , Merlot , Zweigelt and Syrah . Among the white varieties, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc predominate . As a Central Burgenland rarity, the Gesellmann winery also produces high quality wines ( Trockenbeerenauslese ) in suitable years, some of which are supported by the use of barriques.

Annual production reached around 200,000 bottles in 2011; the best-known wines are the cuvées Opus Eximium ( Extraordinary Work ) and Bela Rex (the name refers to the Hungarian King Bela IV. ). Since 1997, the company's top wine has been Cuvée G , made from the Blaufränkisch and St. Laurent varieties. The Blaufränkisch hochberc , with which Gesellmann won the Falstaff victory in 2008, is also one of the premium wines. The premium wine Blaufränkisch hochberc Stockkultur comes from a vineyard on the Deutschkreutzer Hochberg, which is cultivated with a horse in the old way ("stock culture") .
